Michael Kashgarian, M.D., professor of pathology and biology, received the James Colangelo Achievement Award by the National Kidney Foundation of Connecticut in May. The award recognizes medical professionals who have substantially improved the quality of life for renal or urologic patients. Dr. Kashgarian is editor-in-chief of Yale Medicine.
